We do not have a set rate for our service, as every property is different. In order to provide an accurate quote, we typically need to visit the site and assess the specific requirements of your property. Below are some of the factors we take into consideration.

How Do We Estimate Your Pricing?

• Type of property – retail, industrial, office?
• Tenant mix – medical, restaurant, grocery store, etc.?
• How many garbage receptacles are on-site?
• Location – commercial district, industrial park, neighborhood?
• Property Size – how large is the parking lot, sidewalks, and surrounding landscape area?
• How frequent is the service required?

We can’t provide an estimate based solely on square footage. However, we can guarantee a fair price that is tailored to the scope of work required. For most properties, the cost of our daily litter pickup service for an entire month is comparable to what you’d expect to pay for a single power sweep of just the parking lot.

All of our service contracts are fully customizable and we can work with you on what you’d like done. In addition to offering low cost daily service, we offer bi-weekly, weekly and even one-time cleanups.
