TerraClean Maintenance LLC is a locally owned parking lot sweeping company serving all parts of central Connecticut. We provide effective, cost-efficient litter and debris removal for property managers and commercial business owners looking for a dependable cleanup service.

Tired of fast-food wrappers, cigarette butts, and other unsightly garbage tarnishing the image of your business? Maintain your curb appeal and have your property cleaned by the start of each day. For approximately the same cost as one power sweep, we can service your entire property daily for a month (covering more ground and with better attention to detail).

All parking lots, landscaped areas, sidewalks, fence lines, loading docks and curbs (essentially every nook and cranny of the site exterior) will be maintained free of any debris, broken glass and trash material no matter how small.

All ashtrays and common area garbage containers will be emptied as needed, lined with new bags and damp wiped. We also report any issues such as illegal dumping, property damage, lighting malfunctions or graffiti that may be found while sweeping after hours to the desired contact. In effect, you can think of us as an “extra set of eyes” overseeing your property.
